Terms of Engagement

LeadX Connect is an executive collective built on mutual discretion, rigorous stewardship, and actionable integrity. Membership, event participation, and strategic dialogue are subject to the standards set forth below.

01 Scope & Mutual Agreement

These Terms of Engagement govern your access to and participation within the LeadX Connect platform, private roundtables, digital forums, executive cohorts, and associated advisory initiatives. By submitting an application, attending an engagement, or interacting with our leadership networks, you formally affirm your agreement to these terms.

If you are engaging on behalf of an enterprise, sovereign fund, or institution, you represent and warrant that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity to these provisions.

02 Professional Conduct & Member Vetting

LeadX Connect operates as a high-trust nexus for founders, board directors, and senior operators. All participants agree to observe the highest standards of professional decorum, honesty, and strategic goodwill.

  • Zero Solicitation Policy: Unsolicited sales pitches, bulk outreach, and aggressive self-promotion during closed sessions are strictly prohibited.
  • Integrity of Representation: Members must accurately reflect their executive titles, track records, capital backing, and commercial affiliations.
  • Revocation: LeadX Connect reserves the discretionary prerogative to suspend or terminate access for any conduct deemed detrimental to community cohesion or governance standards.

03 Discretion & Chatham House Rule

Unless explicitly specified otherwise prior to a session, all closed-door roundtables, peer review panels, and strategic briefings operate strictly under the Chatham House Rule. Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.

Proprietary deck sharing, private business metrics, and confidential enterprise roadmaps disclosed inside cohorts must remain strictly confidential and may not be leveraged for competitive advantage or leaked to external press.

04 Intellectual Property & Program Submissions

All curated frameworks, proprietary playbooks, research syntheses, and media produced directly by LeadX Connect remain the exclusive intellectual property of LeadX Connect. Members receive a revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize internal frameworks solely for their own operational growth.

When submitting program proposals, case studies, or speaker abstracts to our program committee, you retain ownership of your underlying background IP while granting LeadX Connect the royalty-free license to curate, host, and distribute agreed session materials to designated attendees.

05 Limitation of Liability & Strategic Disclaimer

Insights, strategic commentary, financial overviews, and peer counsel shared across LeadX Connect initiatives are provided solely for peer exchange and intellectual enrichment. They do not constitute formal investment, legal, tax, or fiduciary advisory services.

LeadX Connect and its facilitators shall not be held liable for commercial decisions, venture investments, joint ventures, or transactional partnerships initiated between members as a result of platform introductions. Each participant is expected to conduct independent institutional due diligence.
